Potatoes style “bravas”

Ingredients:

Patatoes, salt, extra virgin olive oil.

“Brava” Sauce ( ‘choricero’ pepper meat, purple garlic, chilli, natural spices, salt, white wine vinegar, sugar, pepper). Mayonnaise (soya oil, water, egg yolk, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, aroma, concentrated lemon juice and colorant: paprika extract, carotenes).

Heat in one of these ways:

Cut one corner of the bag and put in the microwave.

Bain-marie (pot of boiling water): without opening the bag.
